HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER AND WHO IS DELIVERING IT?
All packages are shipped through the US Postal Service. There are two ways to see your tracking number.
1. Log into your account and click the “My Account / Order Status” link in the upper right corner of the page to see your previous order information, this information will include a tracking number and link.
2. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. If you do not see this email in your inbox make sure to check your spam folder. If you cannot find this email, please contact Customer Support using the button at the bottom of this page.
You may also Track Your Order Online by entering your Order #, Email Address, and your Last Name.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
